Amanda Rose

Founder and CEO of Western Sydney Women and Entrepreneurial & Small Business Women Australia, Mentor and Media Commentator.

  • Amanda Rose (#BossLady) is an advocate for women in business, a media commentator, keynote speaker and an entrepreneur. Appearing weekly on Sunrise and SkyNews and contributing regularly to the Australian Financial Review, the Daily Telegraph and SmartCompany, Amanda applies compassionate critical thinking to disseminate complex issues affecting everyday Australians.

    Amanda is the Founder and CEO of Entrepreneurial & Small Business Women Australia (ESBWA) and the Founder of Western Sydney Women. She founded and sold Business Women Media, the first platform of its kind to advocate for small business women. As a mentor and advisor to women in executive roles and SMEs, Amanda is known for her strategic, practical approach to leadership and business.

Dr Anna Cody

Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Human Rights Commission Australia

  • Dr Cody started as Australia’s Sex Discrimination Commissioner in September 2023.

    Before this, Dr Cody had a distinguished career as an academic, as a lawyer specialising in discrimination and as a passionate advocate for human rights.  Her work over the years has included substantial advocacy to various United Nations human rights committees when they have reviewed Australia’s and other nations’ fulfilment of their human rights obligations.

    Most recently she was the Dean of the School of Law and Professor at Western Sydney University for 4.5 years, leading education and research impact within the School to better reflect the diversity of the community and the intersection of law and justice.

Jacqueline Vozzo

Walker Corporation Group Executive, Business Development & Strategy

  • Jacqueline is the Group Executive of Business Development and Strategy at Walker Corporation, responsible for driving the company’s long-term growth through strategic planning, major project delivery, and high-level stakeholder and government engagement. Her focus spans the full development lifecycle, from identifying and securing large-scale precinct opportunities, to shaping commercial partnerships, negotiating complex issues and ensuring Walker’s developments align with broader economic, infrastructure, and housing objectives. Jacqueline plays a critical role in steering Walker’s strategic positioning in emerging markets and shaping initiatives that support the company’s reputation as a leading city shaper across Australia and beyond.

    Prior to joining Walker Corporation, Jacqueline was CEO of Western Sydney Lakes, where she led the transformation strategy for the 2,000-hectare precinct, including plans for the iconic Penrith Beach and open space network. Earlier in her career, she held legal and commercial roles at Boral and Herbert Smith Freehills, building a strong foundation in negotiation, contracts, and project risk. She also served as President of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW and currently holds the role of Immediate Past President on the UDIA NSW Board. Jacqueline’s work is defined by a commitment to unlocking value in complex urban projects, aligning private-sector vision with public-sector outcomes, delivering solutions that shape better cities. 

    In 2023, Jacqueline was named NSW Outstanding Business Leader of the Year, in recognition of her leadership and impact across the property and development sectors.

Dee Brock

Project Director, Bradfield Development Authority

  • Dee Brock, Project Director at Bradfield Development Authority is a highly accomplished infrastructure leader with a strong track record in the planning and delivery of complex, city-shaping projects. Dee is leading a range of enabling works and regional stormwater infrastructure works across the 38 hectares of land within Bradfield City.

    With extensive experience in the public sector, Dee has contributed to major infrastructure initiatives including Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport, Western Sydney Stadium, and the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal. Her expertise spans stakeholder engagement, project governance, and strategic delivery.

    Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and Law from the University of Wollongong, she is equipped with a multidisciplinary foundation that supports her leadership in both technical and strategic domains.
